I had a pleasant stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium. The friendliest staff embraced me with warm hospitality, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a delight, though the dining area got quite crowded at times. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep with quality amenities, but I found the room a bit dated and could have used some modernizations.

However, they could improve on offering more sanitary packages in the room.
